El QNAP TS-h2490FU-7232P-64G es un servidor que solo podríamos catalogar como impresionante. Cuenta con un procesador AMD Epyc, con una puntuación passmark de 33067. El punto fuerte de éste procesador, a parte de su potencia y velocidad es la capacidad de gestionar hasta 128 vías de PCIe  lo que nos ofrece un ancho de banda de 32Gb/s por cada uno de los SSD instalados y control de hasta 256GB de memoria RAM ECC. 

Un equipo que simplemente por sus 24 bahías para memorias de almacenamiento  U.2 NVMe ya promete un rencimiento impresionante, superior a los 14.000 MB/s en transferencias por red y 471714 IOPS. 

Su sistema operativo QuTS Hero, nos permite combinar toda esta potencia y capacidad con el ahorro en almacenamiento gracias a la compresión y deduplicación activa, llegando en algunos escenarios hasta el 70% de ahorro de espacio en disco ocupado.

Garantía General

El plazo de garantía es de tres (3) años desde la entrega del producto, si bien en la misma no se incluyen deficiencias ocasionadas por negligencias, golpes, uso incorrecto o manipulaciones indebidas, instalaciones incorrectas no efectuadas por Servicios Técnicos autorizados cuando proceda, etc, ni materiales que estén desgastados por el uso.

Si el defecto sale a la luz durante los primeros 6 meses desde la entrega del bien, se presume que es un defecto de origen, el consumidor no deberá probar nada para conseguir que se aplique la garantía.  Si el problema se manifiesta pasados esos 6 meses, Qloudea se reserva el derecho a poder exigir al consumidor que demuestre que el fallo existía de origen.

Durante el tiempo que esté el cliente sin el producto mientras lo cambian o lo reparan el plazo de la garantía se suspende.  Tanto el producto reparado como el nuevo cuentan como mínimo con 6 meses de garantía, aunque quedase menos tiempo para que cumpliese la garantía original.

Los discos duros defectuosos nunca se reemplazarán por unidades nuevas ni se anticiparán discos, manteniendo así su garantía original.  Desde Qloudea tramitaremos la garantía de su disco con el fabricante y le devolveremos un disco reparado por el fabricante (“certified repair”) con la garantía que su disco original tenía.  La garantía de los discos duros en ningún caso incluye la recuperación de los datos en los mismos y la tramitación de la garantía supone una pérdida total de los datos siempre.

Qloudea se reserva el derecho a solicitar a un servicio técnico oficial de la marca, una verificación del origen del problema. En caso de resultar un defecto provocado por el mal uso, la reparación será facturable. En aquellos supuestos que justifiquen la aplicación de la garantía, se optará por la reparación, sustitución del artículo, rebaja o devolución, en los términos legalmente establecidos.

Tramitar garantías directamente con fabricantes – especial discos duros

Existen fabricantes que para ofrecer un mejor servicio de garantía la tramitan ellos DIRECTAMENTE con el cliente, disminuyendo tiempos de espera considerablemente. En caso de que su producto sea de uno de estos fabricantes, se lo notificaremos.

Artículos dañados durante el transporte

Si debido al mal embalaje se recibe un componente dañado, Qloudea no se hará cargo de dicha reparación.  Este tipo de daños han de ser resueltos directamente con la agencia de transportes.

Garantías extendidas por el fabricante

Para aquellos productos en los que el fabricante ofrece una garantía comercial que mejora o amplía la legal, Qloudea solo se hace responsable los tres primeros años desde la fecha de entrega del producto según marca la Ley vigente, el resto de la garantía será tramitada directamente por el cliente con el fabricante.

Gastos de envío

Condiciones para particulares: Los gastos de envío generados por la tramitación de la garantía del producto serán a cargo de Qloudea en aquellos casos donde se supone que la falta de conformidad existe en el bien adquirido. Siempre se deberá hacer siguiendo las instrucciones indicadas por Qloudea, previa solicitud y aceptación.

Condiciones para empresas y distribuidores: Cuando el cliente sea distribuidor, o facture como empresa (persona no física), los gastos de envío a Qloudea siempre serán a cargo del cliente, ya que la ley sobre bienes de consumo no regula la compraventa entre empresas.
